About the System
This page presents the complete pedagogical and behavioural system used in professional driver training. The system consists of one behavioural standard and four pedagogical models, designed to ensure consistent, high‑quality training across on‑road driving, simulator training and yard manoeuvring.
The system is used in transport education, vocational training, transport companies, safety programmes and digital learning environments.
The Behaviour Standard
PRO‑BEHAVIOUR
The official professional driver behaviour standard. Defines the four behavioural domains: Safety, Responsibility, Environment & Efficiency, and Driving Style. Used across all training environments and assessment frameworks.
Pedagogical Models
PA‑model
Pedagogical structure describing the PRO‑BEHAVIOUR standard. Provides assessment criteria, reflection structure and progression.
TÆNK‑model
Time, Adaptability, Levels, Classroom Management. Creates stable, predictable and flexible learning environments.
SER‑model
Situation – Execution – Reflection. Strengthens situational awareness, decision‑making and reflective competence.
Manoeuvre Model
Structured framework for yard manoeuvring. Focuses on precision, stability, spatial awareness and controlled steering.
System Identity
Together, PRO‑BEHAVIOUR and the four pedagogical models form a unified, professional and internationally applicable driver training system. The system supports:
- on‑road driving
- simulator‑based learning
- yard manoeuvring
- vocational training
- safety culture programmes
- certification schemes
- AI‑supported reflection systems
